How does Edith work?
Edith is the regular attorney for a wide range of national and international companies. In many cases, she has been so for over 20 years. Edith enjoys her sometimes guiding and always clear advisory role. In this sense, Edith literally stands beside and for the entrepreneur she assists. In complex structures, demergers and procedures, Edith benefits from the knowledge she acquired during the postgraduate course Corporate Structures (company law) at the Grotius Academy and the experience she gained in a multidisciplinary office with lawyers, tax experts and civil law notaries.

Edith herself
Edith: “I still enjoy the legal profession immensely and it fits me like a jacket. An up-to-date knowledge of the law is indispensable. I also have an eye for the company, its people, not to mention the goal my client wants to achieve. Switching quickly is something I take for granted. In recent years, as a board member of MKB The Hague, I have devoted myself to the interests of SMEs in the Hague region. Nice to see what you can achieve with a large network!”

Office colleagues about Edith
“Edith has an enormous dossier knowledge and perseverance. She wants to get to the bottom of everything and leaves nothing to chance. A very formidable opponent who not only barks but certainly bites when necessary. Once she has a hold she does not let go. As an office colleague and advisor to her clients happily amiable and helpful with a tidy disposition.”
