Teun Pouw
Teun prefers to build long-term relationships with his clients. This is not only pleasant, but also helps to choose the right strategy and approach to a case. ‘Trust comes first and together we strive for the best solution’. Teun is known for his pleasant cooperation with clients and colleagues (both in the office and with external colleagues). Sometimes, however, a solution is only possible by going to court. Even then Teun will gladly and with the greatest care pursue the interests of the client.
In his daily practice, Teun focuses on representing the interests of companies in the field of IP and IT law. Conducting negotiations and providing advice in this regard is part of his daily activities. In these areas, he is also involved in litigation support as well as drafting and reviewing various agreements. He is also involved in the filing of trademarks and designs, managing IP portfolios and conducting proceedings relating to the protection of trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade names and domain names
